2% -10 days, Net 30; Materials, tools and hooks terms Net 30

In Season Volume Discounts:
$2,500 to $4,999, less 5%; $5,000 to $9,999, less 10%, $10,000 Or greater, less 15%. These volumes are cumulative and discounts will be automatically applied when the volumes reach these numbers.

Freight:
All orders FOB Denver, Colorado. Shipments to residential addresses will incur an additional $1.00 UPS charge.

Returns Policy:
We will accept returns for valid reasons, but only if returned within ten days of the invoice date.

Custom Orders:
Please contact us for prices and terms Minimum quantities thirty dozen of each size in each style.

Past Due Accounts:
Future orders will be shipped COD - "cash only". Interest will be charged at the rate of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance and any previous interest incurred. Delinquent account payments received will be applied to interest charges prior to open invoices. All merchandise remains the property of JS Marketing, Inc. until invoices are paid in full.

Orders are not guaranteed:
We will make every effort to deliver on time as requested. We endeavor to keep in stock all patterns and sizes. All customers release SS Marketing, Inc. and Brookside Flies, Inc., from any liability in connection with orders not being delivered on time or incomplete.

Order substitutions:
It is our policy to fill your orders as completely as possible. As a result, from time to time in order to accommodate your needs, we will substitute a size or pattern to that which nearly duplicates the out of stock item. If you do not wish to have us make substitutions, please let us know.
